Our study packs include printed resources that are designed for individual subjects and levels (National 5 or Higher).

3. Ordering

• Orders should be placed through this website, however if you are looking for a quicker mode of delivery, e.g., special guaranteed next day, please contact Jen directly. Our contact details can be found in the 'Contact' section of our website.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

4. Shipping

• We ship all orders via Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' to UK addresses only.
• We aim to ship your guides as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2-3 working days for dispatch. 
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our study packs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless you have received an incorrect study pack which you did not order. If this is the case, the correct subject/level will be shipped to you ASAP.
Please ensure you select the correct level and subject before placing your order. You are more than welcome to get in touch with Study with Jen directly for advice on which level would be appropriate for your young person. 

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your pack arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at studywithjen18@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will review this and if deemed appropriate, ship out a new study pack at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of our content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
